Wen is a former dancer trained in Ballet, Chinese classical and folk dance, and the Horton and Graham styles of modern dance. As a yogi, Wen is trained in Tripsichore and am certified with over 600 hours RYT in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket, and Mandala.
Her classes integrate the breath and movement techniques of yoga and dance, focusing on playful sequencing that brings a healthy challenge to the body and mind.
